- Service is on a walk-in basis as long as the exam and instructions are submitted by your professor prior to your visit.

- Appointments are required if you are planning to use Dragon, Scribe, Braille, Tactile Graphics, Reader, or other specialized technology.
- Some of the items prohibited inside the testing lab include:
- Phones, Smartwatches, Laptops, unauthorized notes, food & drinks (except water), headphones, backpacks, e-cigarettes

Academic Honesty Policy
The Assessment Center will follow Santa Ana College's Academic Honesty Policy.
The Assessment Center team consistently monitors the testing room activity and if a student is caught cheating or attempting to cheat, their test as well as any notes will be collected. The incident will be reported to the Assessment Center Coordinator who will follow up with the students and generate an Academic Dishonesty incident report that will be shared with their instructor. The instructor is responsible for determining the outcome and/or disciplinary action.
