All businesses require a person with strong leadership and proper organization skills. Management will study trends and create a plan for their organization. In a larger organization, upper management will create the plan and lower management will execute it. They will communicate plans to employees. Management will monitor to see how the plan effects their business. If it has a positive effect it will be permanently implemented. If it has a negative effect it will be changed or removed. Proper management requires management and employees to communicate, cooperate and coordinate.
