| Successful students will be able to communicate about everyday topics within the limits of vocabulary and structure studied, write shorts essays about themselves and topics suggested by short readings in Spanish using culturally appropriate language and clear knowledge of social structure and manners as well as written essay organization with an appropriate number of idiomatic expressions. |
