the ability to engage diverse perspectives, and other program-specific learning

Program planning is an annual process during which departments develop and align Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs) to Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs), develop and cultivate instructional strategies to improve student learning and document the activities to ultimately linked them to Resource Allocation Requests. Program planning is an ever evolving process as personnel, teaching strategies, instructional support and student populations change.
