Directed Learning Activities (DLAs) provide supplemental instruction to an instructor's course. Students taking courses in Modern Languages can complete DLAs in the Learning Center located on the third floor of Dunlap Hall building. The department aims to develop and improve communication skills in the target language. Consequently, when students check-in, they will receive a DLA packet, which occasionally might require an audio/video file to be used in order to complete the activity. Those DLAs will provide specific instructions.
