Register for Classes

In addition to the 3-day drop policy, effective Spring 2013, enrollment and health fees must be paid in full by the Friday before the start of the semester at 11:59pm. If there is a balance on your account, your classes will be dropped on Saturday regardless of when you registered.

 

You will LOSE PRIORITY REGISTRATION

1. If you are on academic probation for 2 consecutive terms
2. If you have accrued 100+ units of degree applicable courses at SAC/SCC.

 

Out of State Students:

Please be advised, Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations, has been updated effective Summer 2012. 

The change limits the number of times a student can enroll in a non-repeatable course, to three (3) enrollments. One (1) additional enrollment is allowed by petition, due to an extenuating circumstance such as flood, fire, accident, illness, or other extraordinary conditions beyond the student’s control.

For example, in a non-repeatable class, if a student receives (3) symbols, including Withdrawal (W) or Substandard grade (D, F, NC, or NP), in any combination, the student WILL NOT be allowed to attempt that course again, unless there is an extenuating circumstance.

Note: If a student passes the course, the student may not repeat the course.   If there has been a significant lapse of time of 3 calendar years, the student may submit a onetime petition to repeat.
