Welcome to Santa Ana College.  Our Assessment Center is here to help you with any questions you may have related to placement testing, make-up exams, and accommodated testing for students that are registered and approved through our Disabled Student Programs & Services office.

DSPS Students
If you are a student with a documented disability that is registered with DSPS and have been approved for test accommodations that specify the Assessment Center as the proctoring location, you can walk in to take your test during our office hours.  Appointments are required for the use of assisted technology such as Kurzweil.  Please contact our office if you have additional questions.

Placement Appointment
Did you know that you can schedule a testing appointment online by going to Assessment Center online appointment. If you are having trouble you are probably using your Web Advisor ID, not your student number. To find your student number, log into Web Advisor and go to User Account/What's my student number. It will be 7 digits.

IF YOU DO NOT SEE AN APPOINTMENT AVAILABLE TO SCHEDULE ON LINE, IT MAY BE BECAUSE IT IS ALREADY FULL.  PLEASE REFER TO PLACEMENT TESTING SCHEDULE FOR A LIST OF ALL SCHEDULED TESTS.  YOU MAY ATTEMPT TO COME AS A STANDBY FOR ANY SCHEDULED TEST, HOWEVER YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED ADMISSION.

Orientation
You are advised to attend the live orientation which you are scheduled for, however if you cannot make it you can complete an on line orientation, which is found on Web Advisor under Registration/new student orientation. If you choose to do an online orientation you must see a counselor for an Abbreviated Education plan in the Counseling Department Located in S-110.
