The Student Help Desk
The Student Help Desk assists student using our campus technical resources. The Student Help Desk is available to support students with a variety of student technology including:
- Digital Dons laptop loans
- Microsoft Office 365 Installation
- Sac.edu Student Email Accounts
- Zoom
Note: The Student Help Desk provides troubleshooting ONLY of equipment for Digital Dons.
On personal equipment, we can only assist you with the software that the college makes available to you.

2. Type "Digital Dons" into the chat box.
3. Click on the "Contact the office" box option.
4. Click on the "Digital Dons and The Student Help Desk" box option to be connected to a Student Helpdesk representative.
