APSP Program (2024-2025)
Our program centers on Asian Pacific Islander Desi American (APIDA) perspectives, offering academic counseling, leadership development, and student success workshops. Through campus and community partnerships, we connect students with resources to support their academic, personal, and professional growth.

APSP Program Benefits
Community Support: Connect with experienced peer mentors who provide guidance and support throughout your journey. Join us for our end-of-year celebration, where you’ll receive an APSP certificate and sash to honor your achievements.
Academic Counseling Services: Receive personalized academic guidance from APSP Counselor, Van Nguyen. Bilingual services in Vietnamese are also available.
Financial Support: Bookstore Voucher: $350 per semester to be for books, supplies, and SAC swag.
Learning Opportunities: Engage in success workshops and learn skills that will support your personal and professional growth.
Program Eligibility:
To be eligible for the APSP Program, you must meet the following criteria:
Enrollment: Be enrolled in three or more units at Santa Ana College for each Fall and Spring semester.
GPA: Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0.
Community Connection: Be a member of the APIDA student community or have an interest in learning from APIDA perspectives and diverse cultural lenses.
To access APSP Program benefits, cohort students must maintain eligibility throughout the academic year. If you face challenges meeting requirements, please reach out—we’re here to help you stay on track!

If you’re finding it challenging to maintain a 2.0 GPA, enroll in 3 units, or meet any other program requirements, please reach out to our program coordinator at apsp@sac.edu. We’re here to support you—together, we can create a personalized plan to help you stay on track and connect you with the resources you need to reach your goals.
