Upon completion of the program, students will:

 

Demonstrate a clear understanding of the job responsibilities of an SLPA, including compliance with state regulations and ethical conduct by demonstrating competency in the job responsibilities of an SLPA as determined by direct competency evaluation that includes evaluation of Personal Skills, Technical Skills, Intervention and Screening skills making the student eligible to apply for California state licensure as an SLPA.
