I'm a first-year nursing student at SAC, and​ I believe that my EMLS course in pronunciation is critical to the development of my English language proficiency.  Speaking English well helps nursing students like me gain the trust of patients, doctors, and nurses. The EMLS course has not only helped my fluency in speaking English but also boosted my confidence in holding out in long conversations.​
