(Santa Ana, Calif.) – On June 7th and June 8th, Santa Ana College (SAC) will host the first west coast presentation of CultureCon, one of the country's premier conferences for workplace culture.
CultureCon West will include a wide range of topics that help individuals and organizations learn how to navigate the increasingly complex landscape of organizational culture. The conference will also highlight local businesses and offer a job fair for individuals impacted by layoffs.
“With our commitment to education and workforce development, we are excited to bring the first CultureCon West to our campus," said Dr. Annebelle Nery, president of SAC. “It will bring a unique blend of empowering speakers and workforce opportunities right here to Santa Ana College, allowing local residents, alumni and our students to benefit from the brightest minds in business today."
Organizers expect more than 400 people to attend CultureCon West. Since CultureCon launched in 2018, the conference has rapidly grown in popularity. Today, the event draws international attendance and features presentations from executives at companies, including LinkedIn, SAP, Universal Music Group, Gallup, Harvard Business Publishing, Strava, Credit Karma, Reebok, Cisco, Hallmark Inc., and many others.
CultureCon 2023, the organization's annual flagship conference, is hosted in Madison, Wisconsin.
Nery praised the appeal of CultureCon events to both business leaders and job-seekers, alike. “These events bring together individuals and organizations who want to learn about building a positive and productive work environment," she added.
The west coast expansion of CultureCon was developed in partnership with Rancho Santiago Community College District (RSCCD), which oversees SAC.
“We are thrilled to help grow attendees' perspectives, connect with our diverse intersectional communities, and promote positive culture change at the inaugural CultureCon West," said Cheng Yu Hou, the vice chancellor of People and Culture at RSCCD.
CultureCon West at SAC will include keynote presentations, breakout sessions and networking opportunities. SAC is located at 1530 17th. Street, Santa Ana, Ca 92706. For tickets, please visit:
