Pilates Conditioning
and Flexibility Training
This
conditioning program focuses on alignment, strength building, and flexibility.
Students learn the PILATES floor mat exercises in group classes and work on the
Reformer equipment with one-on-one supervision. PILATES is a necessary
complement to all dance training and benefits dancers and non-dancers alike.
Instruction in sustained and specific stretch is designed to improve overall
body flexibility, to increase range of motion, and to improve body alignment.
