The SAC Dance Dept. ballet curriculum provides instruction from introductory to intermediate-advanced levels. Courses emphasize technique, proper alignment, terminology and mastering the movement vocabulary appropriate to each level. Dance students study ballet in order to improve their technique in all areas of dance. Advanced students study partnering, excerpts from classical repertoire and pointe technique based on skill set and approval of instructor(s). ​
