Electronic Request for SAC Photo ID Process
In order to ensure students can safely obtain a student ID card we are implementing an electronic request for photo ID. Students must be actively enrolled in the current term to receive an ID card.
To request your ID electronically simply follow these steps:
Step 1 – Complete the Photo ID Request Form
Step 2 – Upload a picture or scan of a Valid Form of Identification (Driver’s License, State ID Card, Passport)
Step 3 - Upload a photo of yourself following Photo Submission Guidelines
Once the office receives your request they will process and prepare your ID card and then mail it out to your home/mailing address. Photo ID requests are processed every Wednesday.
