HAVING PROBLEMS VIEWING IMAGES IN CANVAS?
If
you're having problems viewing images in Canvas, it is because your
caches/cookies are full on your browser. There is a temporary fix.
Canvas is working on a permanent fix. In the meantime, follow the steps
below to clear your caches/cookies.
Firefox Browser:
- On the top right of the browser, click on the menu button (3 lines) and choose “Settings"
- Select the “Privacy & Security panel"
- In the Cookies & Site Data section, click “Clear Data"
- Check both “Cookies and Site Data" and “Cached Web Content". Click Clear
- Close browser and reopen. Repeat the steps if this happens again
Chrome Browser:
- On the top right of the browser, click on the 3 dots
- Select "More Tool"
- Click on "Clear Browsing Data"
- Select "Basic" tab, under "Time Range" select "All Time"
- Make sure all three boxes are checked.
- Click on "Clear data"
- Close browser and reopen. Repeat the steps if this happens again
