Below are SAP Appeal Procedures for each type of SAP status:
- D1 - Financial Aid Termination Due to Cumulative Grade Point Average below 2.0
- D2 - Financial Aid Termination Due to Failure to Complete the Minimum Percentage Units
- D3 - Financial Aid Termination Due to Low Cumulative Grade point Average and Completion Rate
- DPF - Financial Aid Termination Due to Students Failed Probationary Status
- E1 - Excessive Units Notification (must Turn in an Educational Plan by the end of the Semester)
- E2 - Excessive Units Notification (did not turn in an Educational Plan)
- T1 - Financial Aid Termination Due to Exceeding the Maximum Time Frame
- T2 - Appeal Notice to Students who reported BA/BS or higher on FAFSA
- T3 - Appeal Notice to Students who reported AA/AS, BA/BS, or higher at Admissions and Records Office
- W - Notice of Financial Aid Warning Due to Grade Point Average or Unit Deficiency
