Committee Mission
The mission of SACTAC is to serve as a hub for academic and administrative technology planning at the college.
Charge
The committee is responsible to:
- Develop, monitor and update a comprehensive
technology plan for SAC overall including infrastructure review and related training.
- Serve as a two-way conduit through which related technology input can be funneled and committee work and recommendations communicated college-wide.
- Create work groups and/or sub-committees as needed to explore, plan, and recommend policies and procedures as appropriate for technology.
The committee supports
ACCJC accreditation standards 3.8 - 3.9.
Meetings & Reporting
Meetings are held monthly on the 4th Wednesday from 3:00pm - 4:30pm. Meetings are currently being held via Zoom: link available in the agenda.
SACTAC reports to
College Council.
