Join us for a gentle yet invigorating Chair Yoga Practice. Utilizing the chakra system & Reiki principles as a guide, we aim to bring balance to the mind and body. Starting at the Root & proceeding to the Crown. All movements are done from the grounded saftey of a supportive chair. Benefits of a regular Chair Yoga practice include pain, stress, & anxiety relief. Improved strength & flexibility. Embodiment or an improved awareness of bodily sensations & enhance rehabilitation. Chair Yoga is great for anyone with disabilities, anyone recovering from an injury or surgery, or anyone new to yoga, of course all are welcome!
