Yoga exercises will help you gain strength, increase flexibility and balance while focusing your awareness on your body, breath, and mind. We will practice standing poses, floor exercises, and flowing movements. We will offer modifications so that everyone can participate and work at their own pace. You should be able to do floor exercises and get up easily. This class will be taught via ZOOM so you will be able to see the instructor close up and practice in the comfort of your own home. Recommended: yoga mat, 2-3 firm blankets, 2 blocks and a strap, chair. Each class will end with yoga breathing exercises, meditation, and deep relaxation.
