This Secretary of State approved class will prepare you to take the exam again by reviewing all relevant Notary law. You will take the official notary exam directly following the class. Your commission must be current to qualify. Renewing notaries must take the exam before their commission expires, otherwise they must take a six-hour seminar.
- A $45 material fee covers Seminar Guidebook, SOS handbook, Proof of Completion and notary application.
- No one will be admitted after 12:45 p.m.
- Renewing Notaries are required to take the exam and be fingerprinted again. Serious conviction may disqualify applicant.
