Description:
This all day camp will include a combination of Fun Physics and Rocket Space Rangers camp. In FUN PHYSICS Kids will work together using engineering and technology skills to build different types of bridges. Learn about structures and different examples of forces. They will create catapults and launch projectiles outside with fun team games. They will learn about and conduct hands-on simple experiments on lasers, magnetics and power sources. We will build simple circuits to learn how electricity flows. Kids will also be introduced to the science of sports, energy and motion and how the simple actions we do everyday is a kinetic energy! Fun daily take homes included. In ROCKET SPACE RANGERS students will launch rockets outside while learning about trust and propulsion. Build stunt planes, gliders and have balloon rocket races while learning about flight and rocketry. Kids will be involved with wind tunnel experiments that will blow them away and will learn and see how air pressure flows and how gravity pulls in our team egg drop challenge. We will broaden their scientific horizons and explore our solar system, sun and stars, planets and moon. They will learn how astronauts live in space and simulate a fun space mission. Fun daily take homes included
