Screencast-O-Matic -
Screencast-O-Matic can be used to create screencapture videos. Learn how to capture your computer screen, along with recording yourself using your webcam and turn that into a video which can be uploaded to YouTube.

Remote Instruction Certification
Online Teaching Certification
Distance Education Online Certification Chair or Dean approval is required for enrollment.
| - Upon completion, faculty can earn 2.5 CEUs* for the Online Teaching Certificate (OTC), or 120 flex hours.
*Faculty earned 2.5 CEUs can be used and counted toward a column change as long as the units are earned after their master's degree. Only faculty with master's degree can claim 2.5 CEUs.

Distance Education Advisory Group is an Academic Senate work group. The purpose is to assist our Distance Education program in meeting the needs of our online students and faculty teaching in Distance Education by developing procedures and training that support our mission in Distance Education.
