This conference is specially designed for aspiring teachers and educators. The conference hosts a keynote address from an inspiring educational leader, over a dozen informative workshops, ​and an extensive educational resource fair. The conference is open to all those who are interested in teaching, including high school students, community college students, university students, and community members.​​​
