When you complete the high school diploma program, here is what you do next.

Step 1 of your next steps in finishing your high school diploma.

Meet with a Counselor

When you finish all your high school courses, you are ready for graduation! Meet with a counselor to complete your graduation checklist. This will ensure you have met all the high school diploma requirements. Contact the Counseling Department.

Graduation Services will be notified of your completion. Once they finish processing the checklist, you will receive an email about your completion.

Note: If you are not done with your classes and want to check your progress, go to Self-Service or meet with a counselor.

Step 2 in next steps for finishing your diploma at Continuing Education.

Order Transcripts

Once you get that email, you are done! 🎉 You have completed your high school diploma.
Your diploma will now appear on your official transcript. To get your transcripts, visit Admissions & Records or order them online. Request your transcripts here.

Physical copies of the diplomas will be printed and distributed once a year near Spring commencement.

Step 3 the last step after you have finished your diploma at Santa Ana College.

Choose a Delivery Option

When diplomas are ready to be printed, you will receive an email with two questions. First, how you would like your name to be listed on the diploma? Second, how would you like your diploma delivered to you? Make sure to reply to this email if you want your physical diploma.
