Student ID Card

Your physical student ID card serves as an official form of identification that displays both your photo and your unique student number. Having this number printed on a tangible card allows campus staff to quickly verify your identity and scan your information. Your ID card and student number are mainly used for:

• Campus Services: Required when filling out official forms and scheduling appointments with Counseling.
• Student Perks: Grants you access to various online and local community discounts.

If you already have a student number but just need to retrieve it, you can do so instantly online:

1. Log in to Self-Service using your school email and password.
2. Click on 'User Settings'.
3. Look at the upper left corner of the screen to find your number.

Access Self-Service Portal

To have your ID card processed and mailed to your home address, follow these steps:

1. Complete the online Photo ID Request Form.
2. Upload a picture or scan of a Valid Form of ID (e.g., Driver's License, State ID Card, or Passport).
3. Upload a personal photo that follows the Photo Submission Guidelines.

Note: Online photo ID requests are processed every Wednesday.
