SAC’s Career Center also partnering with ROADTRIP Nation
to help students explore careers
(Santa Ana, CA) – Santa Ana College (SAC) has been selected as a stop on the upcoming
ROADTRIP Nation tour. SAC’s Career Center developed a partnership with the organization to provide students and alumni with guidance and career exploration tools. In addition to the tour stop on Tuesday, October 1, the partnership includes providing students and alumni with access to the Roadmap to Careers tool. This useful tool showcases stories and struggles, along with successes students can encounter while fulfilling their career goals. Students and alumni can also generate a list of careers matching their interests and view candid interviews with professionals who have pursued each career.
“We’re excited to bring ROADTRIP Nation to Santa Ana College,” said Marisela Godinez, Career Guidance Coordinator. “We believe this will be a great event and look forward to providing students and alumni with career exploration access that will help them to be more successful as they pursue their passions and forge their pathway to finding meaningful and fulfilling careers.”
During the tour stop, students and alumni will receive free access to ROADTRIP Nation’s career resources from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the SAC Central Mall, 1530 W 17th St., Santa Ana. Students can additionally create a free membership with their student identification number to access the ROADTRIP Nation online career exploration and other Career Center resources. Students can stop by SAC’s Career Center in L-222 or call (714) 564-6254 to learn more about ROADTRIP Nation and upcoming Career Center events. The Center also provides employment opportunities, volunteer internships, resume writing and interview skills workshops, career research and exploration services, undecided major services and Career Education (CE) counseling.
