WHO: | Santa Ana College (SAC) to celebrate the completion of the Johnson Student Center by hosting a Grand Opening Ceremony and Open House Events in late-July.

WHAT: | The college will host a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony on
July 27, followed by a reception hosted by the Santa Ana College Foundation.
Additionally, on
July 28 and
29, SAC invites the community to participate in an open house and campus tour of the much-anticipated Johnson Student Center. This event is
FREE and open to the community. Those who attend the open house will have access to a resource fair, giveaways and the opportunity to speak with faculty and staff. Those interested can schedule time to meet with a counselor and receive enrollment assistance for this coming fall semester by signing up at
sac.edu/earlydecisionregistration.
The 63,642-square-foot student center cost $60 million and was made possible by Measure Q Bond Funds. Construction began in 2018, and the grand opening marks completion of this long-awaited building, which will foster student life and provide a variety of student services, like Financial Aid, Campus Store, Health & Wellness Center, CalWORKs, Café, and much more to help learners thrive and meet their educational goals.
