Program Outcome: The nursing graduate has completed the Registered Nursing Program and is able to function knowledgeably, safely, and effectively in nursing practice within a variety of healthcare settings and will be qualified for the licensing examination.

Expected Level of Achievement: NCLEX_RN pass rates will be at least or greater than 80% for all first-time test takers during the same 12-month period.
National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) Pass Rate for first time test takers = 95.06% (n= 77/81) [1]
COMPLETION RATES
Expected Level of Achievement: 75% of those students who enter NRN 171/171L will complete NRN 272/272L within the period of four semesters.
