The SAC Dance Dept. curriculum offers courses that cover jazz dance of many styles from classic to Latin jazz, lyrical to contemporary. From beginning to intermediate-advanced levels, repertory work is challenging and energetic, emphasizing technique and style coupled with current and varied strength training regimens.  For students who want to perform or pursue commercial dance careers, the upper level jazz dance courses are taught by instructors in the industry.
