SEC: Software Evaluation Committee

Committee Purpose

Explore, recommend, and prioritize the most appropriate and feasible software solutions for the many college computing environments.

Charge

• Develop and recommend software evaluation frameworks.

• Evaluate proposed software adoption collegewide.

• Collect and evaluate feedback from software users and communicate results.

• Make recommendations to the SAC Technology Advisory Committee (SACTAC)

Meetings & Reporting

​​​​Meetings are held monthly on the 2nd Thursday from 1:30pm - 3:00pm. Meetings are currently being held via Zoom: link available in the agenda.

This committee reports to SACTAC.
