Identity Verification Required for Admission
As part of the California Community Colleges enrollment process, identity verification is required before you can complete admission to Santa Ana College.
Students will be prompted to verify their identity during the application and enrollment process. Identity verification helps protect student information, prevent fraudulent applications, and maintain the integrity of student records.
If you are unable to successfully complete the online identity verification process, you will be required to verify your identity in person at the Santa Ana College Admissions & Records Office. A valid government-issued photo ID will be required.
Please note that choosing “Verify Later” or being unable to complete online verification does not waive the identity verification requirement. Your admission may remain pending until your identity has been successfully verified.
For assistance, contact Admissions & Records at admissions@sac.edu or (714) 564-6017.
For students unable to use ID.me, connect with the 24/7 student support live chat to verify your identity. For assistance with ID.me, please contact the helpdesk at CCCHelp.info.

ID.me enhancement in progress that may make this tool available in the future. The enhancement will not support foster youth or juvenile justice students who are wards of the court.
For students that aren’t able to use ID.me, there will be 24/7 student support that will allow you to connect via live chat to verify your identity. You will also be able to verify in person with SAC Admissions and Records. Your verified status will last for one year.
ID.me is the fastest and quickest option to verify your identity allowing you to enroll and register classes sooner, so we highly encourage all students to use this expedited process.
