This supportive, skills-based class offers practical ways to help you manage overwhelming thoughts and emotions, reduce stress, and improve your overall well-being. You'll learn mindfulness techniques, healthy thinking habits, and simple, effective coping strategies you can use every day. Whether you're going through a tough time or just want to build overall resilience, this class offers a safe space to learn, grow, and feel more in control. A $10 material fee is payable in class.
