Since our District operates two colleges under a similar Vendor name, it is sometimes easy for authorizations to be misdirected to our sister college. To avoid this, please confirm that the Vendor Code and address above are used for this request.
ATTENTION PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS:
To request certification of your courses, you will need to submit the Certification Request Form.
If you are a Guest Student (meaning, your parent school is another institution), and you're just taking a course here to fulfill requirements at your Parent School, please fill out the same form, but make sure to answer that you're a guest student on Question #5.
