International Student Association (ISA)
About us
The International Student Association (ISA) was established in 1955 as International Student Club. ISA is formed by the international students of Santa Ana College and English Language Academy. Currently, there are about 400 international students from more than 30 countries are studying at Santa Ana College and the English Language Academy. We, international students, come to the U.S. seeking higher education. We not only have the opportunity to study, but also have the chance to learn independency and many other wonderful skills. We bring diversity to the institution and community.
The ISA has provided much different learning and social opportunity for its members and the community.
Mission
Increasing International and community awareness of the academic richness and cultural diversity that international students bring to the campus and community.
Activities
ISA member not only helps its own member to adopt the U.S. culture by providing many exciting activities such as picnic, cultural cuisine, road trip, day tour, sport event, cultural activities, and parties. ISA member is very active in community volunteer activity. ISA has provided cultural awareness events such as International Festival to increase diversity awareness in the community.
Membership
All of the international students at both college and the English Language Academy are active members of the International Student Association. There is a $50 per semester membership fee for international students and non-international students who would like to join the ISA. By contributing a $50 membership fee, the member is welcome to join all of the activities and events at a super discount price. All of the activities provided by the ISA are funded by the ISA membership fee and sponsored by the International Student Program.

Since it opened its doors in 1915, Santa Ana College has produced a host of actors, public officials, scientists, doctors, business owners, and community leaders among its 1million alumni. Men and women who in their youth roamed the college's halls and grounds with big dreams and went on to make those dreams come true, becoming national celebrities and hometown heroes.
