​​​Customer Service Representative

This program provides you with the knowledge and skills to deal with customers as a company representative. You are prepared to work as commercial or residential service rep. Work in department stores, collection agencies, credit bureaus, airlines, travel agencies, medical insurance agencies, public utilities and telephone answering services.​​​

Required Courses: ​​
​​Introduction to Keyboarding I (VBUS 124)

​​Introduction to Customer Service Skills ​(VBUS 243)​

Students must pass ONE of the following:
Employability Skills (VBUS 400)
ESL: English for Work 2 (ESL 520)

Students must pass ONE of the following:
Introduction to Windows (VBUS 118)
Navigating the Internet ​(​VBUS 258)
Introduction to Microsoft Outlook (VBUS 270)​
