Timeline:

3:00 p.m. – Gates Open for Guests
3:30 p.m. – Graduates Arrive
4:30 p.m. – Graduate Processional Begins
5:00 p.m. – Ceremony Starts

The ceremony will last approximately 2½ hours.

Arrive Early:

Please arrive early to avoid long lines, find parking, and secure seating.

Entries:

Guests may enter through:

• Coach Dick Hill Way
• Flower Street & 6th Street

Important Ticket Information:

• Graduates must RSVP by May 15th to receive guest tickets. Once you submit the registration form, expect an email from Tassel. 
• Each graduate will receive a maximum of 6 guest tickets.
• All guests age 2 and older must have a ticket.
• Graduates do not need a ticket.

Accessing Your Tickets:

• Guest tickets will be distributed on May 20.
• Each ticket will have a unique QR code.
• Each QR code may only be used one time.
• Tickets cannot be duplicated or reused.
• The College is not responsible for sold or transferred tickets.

Guests may:

• Show tickets on their phone, or
• Print tickets before arrival.

Please Note:

• Each ticket may only be scanned once.
• There are no in-and-out privileges.
• Guests who leave the stadium must use another unused ticket to re-enter.
• All guests must have a ticket to enter the ceremony.

The following items are permitted:

• Clear bags
• Blankets
• Small flags without poles
• Food and beverages in plastic containers
• Plastic or reusable water bottles
• Seat cushions and stadium chairs
• Sunscreen and hand-powered misters
• Umbrellas
• Protective face coverings
• Strollers (stroller parking available)

Note:

• Block, wedge, or square heels are allowed.

The following items are NOT permitted:

• Alcoholic beverages
• Glass containers
• Coolers
• Confetti, glitter, or fireworks
• Laser pointers or noisemakers
• Helium balloons
• Large signs or banners
• Smoking or e-cigarettes
• Drones
• Weapons of any kind

Note:

• Pointed heels are not allowed on the field. If you are wearing pointed heels, you will not be able to participate in the ceremony.

• Graduates needing ADA assistance may use the ADA Graduate Drop-Off Area and ADA Entrance located on 6th Street near Coach Dick Hill Way.
• Vehicles must display an ADA placard or ADA license plate.

Parking Fee:

• $10 after 2:00 p.m.
• Cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payments accepted

Notes:

• No in-and-out parking privileges
• Carpooling is strongly recommended
• Tailgating is not permitted
