Learn the basics of the real estate industry! Explore real estate careers, language, ideas, and practices. Sign up after you've completed your 135 hours of coursework at a California Department of Real Estate school. Practice for your Real Estate Salesperson License Exam. Gain the skills and knowledge to get licensed. These classes do not count towards the DRE's 135 hours of education.
Students must pass all of the following courses:
- VRE 350: Introduction to Real Estate Careers
- VRE 351: Real Estate Terminology
Students must also pass one of the following courses:
- VRE 352: Real Estate License Exam Review & Practice
- VBUS 035: Generative AI for Small Businesses
- VBUS 243: Introduction to Customer Service Skills
- VBUS 320: Digital Marketing
- VBUS 400: Employability Skills
- VBUS 402: Workforce Power Skills
- VBUS 590: Introduction to How to Start a Small Business
Participants must also:
- Be at least 18 years old on the first day of class.
