The School of Continuing Education has four design teams tasked with formulating initiatives that will support our students throughout their time at our school.

- Promote SCE Program Maps to all faculty, staff, students.
- Clearly identify transition opportunities for career and/or academic pathways.

- Continue calling students who do not follow-through with placement testing and help them reschedule their tests.
- Continue Development of a One-Day Fast-Track Registration Event at Centennial Education Center in which students will register for classes, complete their placement test, and meet with a counselor all in the same day.
- Continue working closely with Outreach and Admission & Records to onboard students at the beginning of every semester.

- Create processes to ensure and encourage all students to develop an educational plan for successful transitions to reach their professional and academic goals.
- Promote student engagement through collaboration with the Associated Student Government (ASG) at the School of Continuing Education.
- Research student retention to better understand the reasons why students choose to stop attending class.
