End your day with a relaxing, all-levels, breath-centered yoga flow. Explore basic poses and sequences designed to increase your range of motion, and enhance your flexibility, strength, and balance. Expand your ability to connect with your breath, clear your mind, and focus your awareness as you move from one posture into another. Join us to experience the gifts of mindfulness and relaxation! Wear loose clothing and bring a mat or towel to class. (No class 9/18 & 9/25)
