Description:

This fun introductory session will acquaint you with the practice of mindfulness, meditation, tai chi, gi gong, reiki and yoga. Students will learn how this practice has become an accepted part of mainstream medicine, and discover how it can positively affect the quality of your everyday life. You will need a yoga mat or beach towel for class.  A ZOOM link will be provided to all registered students prior to beginning of class.
