The Student Help Desk provides technical support and computer help for all Santa Ana College students to assist with using the school's technical resources. The Student Help Desk is available to support students with a variety of technical inquiries including Digital Dons laptop loan assistance,
installing Microsoft Office 365 and accessing student email accounts, the
SAC mobile app,

We have a live chat system called Cranium Cafe that you may use to interact with us.
Live chat requires the Chrome or Firefox web browser. Please refer to the
Cranium Cafe Student Guide for more information on how to use this system.
If we are "Online" and you would like to chat with us, please select the
"Ask A Question" button in any available contact card and our student leader will gladly assist you. You will be required to log in by selecting the Canvas or Guest Registration login button.
If we are "Offline" you may use the Student Help Desk contact card at the bottom to subit your inquiry with the "Send Offline Message" button. We will respond as soon as possible during normal working hours.
