What is the Digital Dons laptop loan program?
Digital Dons is a program with the goal of meeting student technology needs to create more equitable course completion.
Who is eligible?
Due to Covid-19, Students must be enrolled in a minimum of 1 credit course during Spring. Disabled students may be eligible with a lower level of enrollment and should contact the DSPS office for exact requirements. If you are interested in loaning out a laptop, fill out the inquiry form.
How do I get one?
Eligible students must attend an orientation session during which they will receive a laptop.

I already attended an orientation in a previous term. Do I need to attend again?
No. If you turned in your laptop after borrowing it in a previous term and are eligible to borrow again, you may visit any Student Help Desk to check out a laptop.
How long can I keep the laptop?
Laptops are due back at the Student Help Desk in the Library at the end of the term. See the loan Terms & Conditions for the exact due date for the current term.
You may be eligible to renew your loan if you continue to meet all eligibility criteria for the next term. You must be registered for the next term at the appropriate unit level, maintain a GPA of 2.0 or higher, and complete a new Loan Agreement form. You will receive an email letting you know if you are eligible for renewal based on your registration status.
What is my financial liability?
If the laptop is not returned or is returned with damage outside of normal wear and tear, students will be held responsible for the full cost of the laptop, which is
$150.
Additionally, a hold will be placed on student account for late returns.
