Timeline and Seating

3:30 pm - Gates open for Guests (Gate 2 and 3 – Homeplate)

3:30 pm - Check in begins for Faculty and Graduates (Gate 6)

4:00 pm - Faculty and Graduates line up for procession

5:00 pm - Ceremony Begins (Late arrivals are not permitted to participate in the ceremony once ​the gates close​.)

• ​Graduates will be ushered to sit together in the stadium seats.

• Faculty will be ushered to sit together in the stadium seats next to the graduates.​
