Student Insurance
International students must show proof of full medical insurance coverage each semester before registering for classes. Insurance coverage must be adequate from the first day of classes until the final day of the semester. Insurance MUST be purchased through an approved RSCCD-certified insurance company in the International Student Office.
The RSCCD/Santa Ana College certified health insurance company is Gigna Global Insurance Company, Inc. 
Student Health Services
The Student Health Center offers services to all currently enrolled students. Services include evaluation of medical problems, treatment of short-term illnesses, psychological counseling, emergency care, vision and hearing tests, immunization, birth control, and referrals to other medical facilities when indicated. Registered nurses are on staff, and physicians have scheduled hours by appointment. There is no charge to see the physician or nurse. Nominal fees are required when laboratory or other necessary tests are ordered.
