Description: Are you feeling tired and restless being at home? Are you looking for a way to add a little activity into your schedule without having to leave your house? Do you feel relaxed and happy when you listen to music and move? You should try a dance class!
We have are offering numerous dance classes for the Fall 2020 semester starting on October 19th and there is still time to enroll! Come join us in some basic movement exercises and feel the joy and positive energy of dance movement. No experience required, just a desire to feel more energized, invigorated, and confident!
