The Office of Admissions and Records is responsible for enrolling and registering students in various non-credit programs.  Our office maintains student records, processes high school transcript and verification of enrollment requests, and prepares student-earned certificates and diplomas.

The CEC Bookstore sells textbooks and school supplies at a price designed to cover the costs of operating the bookstore and meeting all other required financial obligations. This price includes all expenses associated with bookstore operations and personnel.  We are 100% nonprofit.

The mission of Disabled Student Program & Services (DSPS) at Santa Ana College is to provide equal access to educational opportunities for students with verifiable disabilities.

The STP provides personal assistance with transitioning from non-credit courses to credit courses, transferring from Santa Ana College, On-line Registration, Financial Aid application, Scholarship Information, priority registration for the semester at Santa Ana College.

The SDP provides excellent leadership opportunities to students. We sponsor a variety of educational, social, and cultural programs. We provide multicultural events, health awareness programs, holiday events, book drives, BBQs, concerts, panel discussions, and services.

 Tutoring.pngTutors provide assistance to individual and small groups of ABE/ GED/ and high school students in assigned Math, Language Arts, Natural and Social Sciences Success Centers and Special Need Programs based on instructor referrals.
