      Schedule an Appointment

      You can schedule an appointment with a counselor using our self-scheduling system.  Appointments are 30-minutes long and are offered Monday through Saturday. 

      You will need your Student ID to schedule an appointment. 

      Your Student ID can be found on the 'User Profile' page in Self-Service. Your ID is seven numerical digits. For assistance, call our 24 hour support line at 714-480-7407. ​

      NOTE: If you have recently enrolled in our high school diploma program and are meeting with a counselor to develop your educational plan, please have​ your transcripts with you. 

      ​​transcripts.pngHOW TO ORDER TRANSCRIPTS:​

      You can order transcripts from Parchment.com. Cost ranges from three to twenty dollars and it takes approximately 3 days for delivery. Parchment sends the transcripts to us electronically.  Please select as destination “Prepared for: Santa Ana College - Centennial Education Center”.

      Foreign Transcripts: If you have completed credits outside the United States, you can email your copies to: scecounseling@sac.edu​​
