Cyrian Reed
Cyrian Reed is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance/Performance and holds a Master of Arts Degree in Education/ Adult Education and Training from the University of Phoenix. In the commercial dance and music industry, Cyrian has worked with artists such as Kanye West, Beyonce, David Foster, Gnarls Barkley, Ceelo, Mitchel Musso, Cheryl Lynn, Trinere, Linear, SNAP, KC & The Sun Shine Band, and Choo Choo Soul. She was also a guest judge and choreographer for Steven Spielberg’s Reality TV Show on Bravo, “America’s Next Top Producer”. Her film credentials include choreographing for Nike, Adidas, Sketchers, and Haagen-Dazs ice cream commercials. Recently, Cyrian choreographed for the Emmy nominated “Hip-Hop-Harry” sitcom on Discovery Kids/ TLC television channels.
Cyrian Reed teaches extensively throughout the nation and serves as adjunct faculty at the University of California, Irvine, California State University of Northridge, Cypress Community College, Santa Ana College, Long Beach City College and Mira Costa College. Artists and students, under her tutelage, have won numerous awards because of her signature choreography. Cyrian believes that dance can communicate with anyone in the world. Revolutionizing the art-of-dance, Cyrian’s compelling, innovated, energetic, and diversified teaching techniques are expressed through her choreography and the performances of her dancers, commanding all eyes to the stage.
