Thrive Center Volunteer Program
The Fainbarg Chase Thrive Center invites you to be part of our volunteer program! Be part of making a change and make a positive impact for our campus community, together! We are seeking volunteers to assist with our Food Pantry, in addition to assisting with various events throughout the semester.
We will have several different volunteer opportunities during the semester, including volunteering at our Fainbarg Chase Thrive Center Food Pantry.
Students may earn volunteer service hours while developing essential skills such as:
- Teamwork
- Communication
- Problem Solving
- Leadership
- Empathy & Compassion
- Public Speaking
- Time Management
- Networking
- Making New Friends

Volunteer Opportunity: Food Pantry
Volunteers would be assisting with:- Unloading Heavy Boxes
- Quality Checking Food
- Unboxing and Unpacking
- Stocking Inventory
- Breaking Down Cardboard Boxes
- Greeting Visitors
- Passing Out Marketing Material
- Volunteer Training
Volunteer Dates / Shifts
- Tuesdays: 10:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Students may volunteer anytime during these time-frames at the Food Pantry
